If you're considering the High-Performer Body Programme, it's normal to want to understand exactly what you're committing to. Below are the questions Philip is most often asked about the coaching, training, nutrition, support and what happens once you get started.
The initial coaching phase is 12 weeks. This gives enough time to understand what is holding you back, build the right structure and create measurable progress. After 12 weeks, you can continue if you want further progress, accountability or support maintaining your results.
£199 per month, or £495 paid in full for the initial 12 weeks. There is no need to decide before speaking with Philip. The introductory conversation gives you the opportunity to ask questions and decide whether the coaching is the right fit.
Most clients train 3–4 times per week, with sessions lasting around 45–60 minutes. Your frequency and structure are built around your schedule, ability and goals. The aim is to find the amount of training you can perform consistently and progress from.
No. Your programme can be built around a fully equipped gym, a smaller local gym or a home setup with basic equipment. Philip will design your programme around what you realistically have access to.
Travel is treated as part of real life, not as a reason to abandon your programme. Training and nutrition can be adapted around flights, hotels, restaurants and limited equipment. The objective is to maintain momentum rather than expecting every week to look exactly the same.
Yes. The programme is specifically designed to work around restaurants, social occasions, holidays and normal life. There are no banned foods. You will learn how to make decisions that support your goals while still enjoying your life.
No. Nutrition guidance is personalised rather than built around a rigid list of permitted foods. Your calorie, protein and meal structure can be built around your preferences, lifestyle, work schedule and social life. The aim is to create an approach you can actually maintain.
Not necessarily. Some clients benefit from tracking because it provides clarity and structure. Others use a simpler nutrition framework. Philip will recommend the approach that makes the most sense for your situation, experience and goals.
The programme is designed for this. During your weekly review, training, nutrition and priorities can be adjusted around what is actually happening in your life. Sometimes the goal is to progress. Other weeks the goal may simply be to maintain momentum. Both are part of the process.
You have direct WhatsApp access to Philip throughout the week, plus a structured weekly coaching review covering progress, training, nutrition, energy and recovery. You also have a monthly one-to-one strategy call to look at the bigger picture and plan what comes next.
Yes. This is personalised one-to-one coaching. Your training, nutrition and weekly priorities are built around your goals, ability, schedule, equipment, lifestyle and progress and adjusted as those circumstances change.
It is a short, no-pressure conversation. Philip will ask where you are now, what you are trying to achieve, what you have previously tried and what tends to get in the way. You can ask any questions you have. If the programme looks like the right fit, Philip will explain the next steps. There is no obligation to join.
Yes. The initial coaching period is 12 weeks. This gives enough time to create the right structure, make adjustments based on your progress and work towards meaningful results rather than chasing another short-term fix.
After beginning the programme, you have the opportunity to experience the onboarding, coaching and support for yourself. If you decide during your first 14 days that the programme is not the right fit, contact Philip and your coaching will be cancelled in accordance with the guarantee terms.
Yes. The High-Performer Body Programme is delivered completely online. Philip works with clients across the UK and internationally.
You do not automatically stop making progress after 12 weeks. If you want further progress, continued accountability or support maintaining your results, you can continue coaching. There is no pressure to continue. The decision depends on your goals, progress and how much ongoing support you feel you need.
If there's something you want to discuss before deciding whether coaching is right for you, book a short introductory conversation. You can talk through your situation, ask your questions and understand what working together would look like.
Short conversation. No pressure. No hard sell.
